Bank of Ideas

Lately there appeared many HR research studies on the employee motivation fostering through embedding various incentive schemes and creating favorable working environment to improve the job performance.
Keeping abreast of the advanced concepts, early 2017 FYM launches the Bank of Ideas, which enables every employee to come up with his/her suggestion (via e-mail, corporate forum or in writing).
The Bank of Ideas is aimed at:

• unlocking the creative potential of the employees and making the most of it in achieving FYM’s economic, production, organizational, social and other objectives;
• facilitating the originators of the ideas in implementation of the improvements proposed hereby fostering inspiring corporate culture;
• enhancing engagement of all the team members by way of encouraging and rewarding their creative thinking.
