Ferrexpo is of the strong opinion that the cornerstone of the successful operation is gaining talents via training and development of own employees rather than by hiring skilled personnel from the outside.
For this purpose, in 2016 a corporate Center of In-house Training was established. This project pooled more than 20 Ferrexpo entities’ employees (with FYM representatives among them), qualifying as business coaches. In Feb 2017 their teaching potential will be unlocked via business course tailored for the Ferrexpo line production managers to improve effective communication, project management, time management skills as well as to refresh knowledge of Finance, HR, IT, etc.
