The most in-demand professions are miners, mechanics and power engineers. Manpower geography is not limited by Komsomolsk only. 30% of our staff is from the adjacent villages and neighbouring cities such as Kremenchuk, Oleksandria, Volnohorsk, Ordzhonikidze, Kryvyi Rih and Dnipropetrovsk.
