From the very outset FYM strives to contribute to all spheres of life of the local community, believing that a healthy and flourishing community is of crucial importance for sustainable growth in its operations. Through an open dialogue with the community in which we operate (and where much of the workforce lives), we continue to foster good-faith relationships founded in trust and respect into long-term mutually beneficial partnership with the social and business objectives well-balanced. We closely work with the local city and village councils to understand their expectations of us so that we can come up with the maximum value solutions.
