19-20 October 2015, Kyiv – FERREXPO held a Leadership Conference for the management teams of the FERREXPO Group entities. Many talented executives – both experienced and newly appointed managers who are included in the company’s succession plan – participated in this event. Delegates from Ukrainian-based FERREXPO entities (Komsomolsk and Kyiv) together with the colleagues from Swiss and UK FERREXPO offices discussed the leadership concept, studied managerial cases, took part in an exciting team-building adventure game “Secret Kyiv”. This conference marked the initiation of FERREXPO Leadership Model.
