According to the internal labour regulations, FYM operates under several different schedules – office employees start their working day at 8 a.m. and finish at 5 p.m., with lunch break from 12 to 13 p.m. whereas personnel engaged in 24-hour operations and repairs work in 11-hour shifts.
Within the frame of cost optimization program, FYM implemented “hot seat” pattern for changeover of the operators, which enabled us to run the mine uninterruptedly and increase the mining equipment performance.
